CEO Andy Byron & HR Chief Kristin Cabot Spotted Kissing at Coldplay Concert
Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR Chief Kristin Cabot Caught Publicly Affectionate at Coldplay Concert
During a recent Coldplay concert, CEO Andy Byron and HR executive Kristin Cabot were seen engaging in close public displays of affection, including kissing, as they enjoyed the band’s performance of “Yellow.” A new video captured their intimate moment, which quickly went viral.
The footage shows Byron and Cabot holding each other and exchanging hurried kisses while swaying to the music. The pair was caught on the venue’s “kiss cam,” prompting frontman Chris Martin to draw attention to them, joking, “Look at these two.” In response, Byron and Cabot appeared panicked and attempted to hide from the camera’s view.
In the viral clip, Byron can be heard saying, “F–king hell, it’s me,” before dropping to the ground in surprise. Cabot was seen telling another concertgoer, “This is awkward,” as she turned away from the audience. The band’s singer joked about their reaction, speculating, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy. I hope we didn’t do something bad.”
Later, Byron was seen reacting with apparent surprise and remarked, “This is awkward.” Meanwhile, Cabot seemed to tell another person, “This is awkward,” and turned her back. Byron is married to Megan Kerrigan Byron, who has since removed her social media posts relating to him following the incident. On the other hand, Cabot is reportedly married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Privateer Rum, with property records indicating they co-own a home in Rye, New Hampshire.
Following the incident, Astronomer announced they are conducting a formal investigation into the matter. The company emphasized their commitment to company values and accountability, stating, “Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability. The Board has initiated an investigation and will share updates shortly.”
