Vinicius Jr’s House Catches Fire: Smoke Fills Two Floors—Update on Real Madrid Star’s Home
Vinicius Jr’s House Fire and Personal Scandal
The house of football star Vinicius Jr in Madrid caught fire on Thursday morning, caused by an electrical fault in the basement sauna’s false ceiling. Smoke spread across two floors, but the player was unharmed as he was currently in South Korea training with Brazil.
No injuries or poisonings were reported from the incident. Firefighters responded quickly, arriving around 11 a.m. to extinguish the flames at his residence in La Moraleja, Alcobenda.
This incident comes amidst a turbulent season for the 23-year-old, who recently issued a public apology after admitting to “careless” behavior and messaging another woman, Day Magalhaes, despite having a connection with Brazilian influencer Virginia Fonseca. Vinicius emphasized his desire to start fresh with her, emphasizing honesty, love, and mutual respect.
He shared on Instagram that Virginia, whom he values highly, had attended multiple matches to watch him play. Following the revelation, Virginia posted selfies at a recent Madrid game, expressing her support for the team with the caption “Hala Madrid.”
Meanwhile, Magalhaes confirmed she was involved with Vinicius before his relationship with Virginia and stated that she was not blocked when asked about their communication.
The footballer has been linked to several women this year, with reports suggesting a list of up to eight, including models and Miss New York USA Rachelle Di Stasio. Despite off-field issues, Vinicius has been performing well on the field, contributing five goals and four assists in 10 matches, mainly forming a strong partnership with Kylian Mbappe.
However, his contract runs until 2027, and negotiations over his future remain stalled. He has also faced racial abuse and insults from fans at Spanish grounds, contributing to a possible desire to leave Madrid in the future.
