Kash Patel’s Girlfriend Sues Podcaster Over Spy Accusations

Country Singer Alexis Wilkins Sues Podcaster for $5 Million Over Defamation

Alexis Wilkins, a Tennessee-based country artist and conservative commentator, has filed a federal lawsuit seeking $5 million in damages against Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent turned podcaster. Wilkins accuses Seraphin of deliberately spreading false claims that she is a covert Israeli spy working to manipulate FBI Director Kash Patel, with whom she has been in a public relationship for nearly two years.

The lawsuit states that Seraphin falsely branded Wilkins as a “honeypot” and an ex-Mossad agent to boost his online presence and revenue, as he claimed she was working against Patel. The court documents highlight that Seraphin’s comments, made during a broadcast on August 22, were spoken “knowingly, intentionally, maliciously,” and with reckless disregard for the truth, constituting defamation under law. Wilkins’ attorneys emphasize that she has no ties to any intelligence agency, has never traveled to Israel, and the allegations are “vile and ridiculous.”

The complaint argues that Seraphin, leveraging his FBI background, made statements that could be reasonably perceived as factual, thus damaging Wilkins’s reputation and career. She claims these false claims have had a harmful impact on her standing as a performer and commentator, especially since Seraphin’s remarks included racial comments about Patel, who is of Indian descent.

Seraphin, once a counterterrorism agent, has gained over 217,000 followers on X (Twitter) as a self-described whistleblower. In his broadcast, he mocked Patel’s relationship with Wilkins, suggesting she was a younger Israeli intelligence agent and questioning the authenticity of their relationship.

Wilkins asserts that the accusations are baseless and that Seraphin was aware they were false, engaging in malicious conduct. Despite no response from Seraphin to the lawsuit, Wilkins’s legal team maintains that her reputation must be protected from such harmful and unfounded allegations.
