Ex-Nashville Cop Sean Herman Joins New Plea After Groping OnlyFans Star During Traffic Stop
Ex-Nashville Police Officer Pleads No Contest in Misconduct Case
The former police officer involved in a scandalous video has entered a plea to avoid jail time. Sean Herman, 35, pleaded no contest to charges of official misconduct after being caught in a provocative video produced with an OnlyFans model while on duty. The incident, which took place in April 2024, shows the officer participating in a fake traffic stop where the model, Jordin, exposes herself and encourages Herman to grop her to avoid a ticket. During the video, Herman’s police uniform was briefly visible, confirming his employment with the Nashville department.
Herman was subsequently fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in May 2024, after an investigation revealed his involvement. He was arrested on two counts of official misconduct and released on a $3,000 bond. The police department condemned his actions, stating that such conduct was disrespectful and unacceptable for law enforcement officers.
As part of his plea deal, Herman received a sentence of one year of supervised probation. He was also granted judicial diversion, which could lead to the dismissal of charges if he successfully completes probation. In August 2024, a state board suspended Herman’s law enforcement certification indefinitely, but he may seek reinstatement after the criminal case concludes.
The incident triggered significant controversy after Jordin, the model, explained that the video was created for promotional purposes to increase engagement on social media, not for her official content. She stated that she did not know Herman personally and that he responded to a Reddit post suggesting a potential collaboration. Following the media coverage, her OnlyFans subscribers surged.
Herman’s actions have sparked a broader conversation about conduct among law enforcement officers and how social media controversies can impact careers and public trust.
