Avram Glazer Spotted at Old Trafford as Man United Launch Premier League Clash vs Arsenal

Man United Co-Owner Avram Glazer Spotted at Old Trafford During Premier League Opener

The co-owner of Manchester United, Avram Glazer, was seen attending the club’s opening match of the Premier League season against Arsenal. His appearance comes after years of limited presence at Old Trafford amid discontent from fans regarding his management of the club.

Fans have criticized the Glazer family for incurring heavy debts and not investing sufficiently in infrastructure. Despite the unrest, Avram appeared in good spirits, walking around the stadium before the game with United’s CEO, Omar Berrada. He even took some time for a photo with supporters before leaving the venue.

Manchester United recently spent over £200 million on new players, including Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbuemo, and Benjamin Sesko. Cunha and Mbuemo started for the team in the match, while Sesko was among the substitutes. The lineup featured a front line of Cunha, Mbuemo, and Mason Mount, supported by a midfield consisting of Patrick Dorgu, Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes, and Diogo Dalot. Defenders included Yoro, de Ligt, and Luke Shaw, with Altay Bayindir as goalkeeper.

Notably, crucial players like Rasmus Hojlund and Andre Onana were absent from the matchday squad amid ongoing speculation about their future at the club. Hojlund, linked with a potential transfer to AC Milan, was left out after being a substitute in the previous game.

Manchester United faced an Arsenal side bolstered by new signings Martin Zubimendi and Viktor Gyokeres, alongside key players such as Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice, and Martin Odegaard.
