Manchester United Offload Jadon Sancho: European Club Makes Offer Before Transfer Deadline

Manchester United Receive Loan Offer for Jadon Sancho from Roma

Manchester United’s winger Jadon Sancho is under consideration by AS Roma, who have initiated discussions about a potential loan agreement with an option to buy. However, United are only interested in a permanent transfer for the 25-year-old.

Sancho has been sidelined at Old Trafford and is not part of the plans managed by Ruben Amorim. Roma is hopeful of securing the player on a season-long loan before the transfer window closes, but United’s preference remains a sale for a fee between £20 million and £25 million, considering his current wages of £250,000 a week.

Sancho previously spent time on loan at Chelsea, where he won the Conference League, and has also returned to Borussia Dortmund on loan during his career. He transferred to United from Dortmund in 2021 for £73 million and has one year left on his contract, with an option to extend it by a further year.

During his tenure at United, Sancho made 83 appearances, netting 12 goals and providing six assists. The club is also contemplating the departures of Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia this summer.

In addition to Roma, other clubs such as Juventus and Borussia Dortmund have been linked with Sancho, indicating ongoing interest from top European teams.
