Leeds United Agree to Sign Premier League Striker Amid Man Utd, Newcastle, and Villa Interest
Leeds United to Sign Premier League Striker Dominick Calvert-Lewin on Free Transfer
Leeds United are close to completing the signing of former Everton striker Dominick Calvert-Lewin, who is set to undergo a medical ahead of officially joining the club. Despite interest from Manchester United, Newcastle, and Aston Villa, the 28-year-old England international has chosen Leeds as his next destination.
Calvert-Lewin left Everton earlier this summer after nine years at the club, where he scored 71 goals in 274 appearances and gained international caps for England, scoring four goals in 11 appearances. His decision to move was described as an emotional and difficult choice, made after careful consideration with his family, as he expressed in a message to Everton supporters in June.
The transfer is expected to be the eighth addition to Leeds’ squad this summer, as the newly-promoted side aims to strengthen ahead of their return to the Premier League under manager Daniel Farke. The club has agreed terms with Calvert-Lewin, who will join on a free transfer.

Leeds United are preparing to sign Dominick Calvert-Lewin, with a medical scheduled.

His addition will be the eighth new signing for Leeds this summer.

Leeds manager Daniel Farke is focused on building a competitive team for the Premier League season.
