Comedian Kathy Griffin, 64, was spotted heading to a Pilates class in Malibu, sporting a notably smooth face. She recently confirmed on her podcast that she underwent her third facelift, acknowledging the procedure’s vanity yet emphasizing her desire to maintain a youthful appearance.

Griffin dressed casually for her workout, wearing an orange T-shirt with the message “Adopt, don’t shop,” navy leggings, and sunglasses. She carried a patterned tote bag with a water bottle inside and, after her session, pulled her hair into a high updo.

Her refreshed look comes after she made headlines in July for a seemingly new appearance. She admitted then that she had undergone plastic surgery again, specifically mentioning procedures on her face to enhance her youthfulness. Griffin credited her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, known for working with celebrities like Sia, whose impressive before-and-after photos she admired.

In discussing her surgeries, Griffin revealed she also had work done on her eyelids and chin. She described the recovery process as challenging and painful, contrasting it with common misconceptions about cosmetic procedures:

“Got the facelift. I’m gonna be honest, it’s painful,” she said. “So these bitches that are like, ‘It’s like getting a tooth filled! It’s nothing!’ No, it’s painful.”

Despite the discomfort, Griffin continues to maintain her youthful look, blending humor with honesty about her plastic surgery journey.
