He is survived by Savannah and her brother Seth, 19, from his marriage to ex-wife Melissa Ashworth, which lasted from 2001 to 2012. With Kelly Clarkson, his marriage lasted from 2013 to 2022, and they share two children, River, 11, and Remington, 9.
