Jason & Brittany Aldean Share Update After Son Memphis’s ER Visit
“It was a long night in the ER, but Memphis is okay!” Brittany Aldean shares
Jason Aldean’s 7-year-old son, Memphis, is on the road to recovery after a visit to the emergency room, where he was treated for a fractured collarbone. Brittany Aldean shared on social media that the family spent several hours in the hospital on July 14. Though the injury is serious, she assured fans that Memphis is doing well and will need to wear a sling for a few weeks.
“It was a long night in the ER, but Memphis is okay! He fractured his collarbone and will be in a sling for a few weeks. With some rest and love, he’ll be healed before we know it,” Brittany wrote, accompanied by emojis expressing love and praise.
A follow-up video shows Jason visiting Memphis in the hospital, asking how he’s feeling. Memphis responds, “kind of,” and Jason comments on the possibility of needing a sling. Brittany shared a humorous moment where Memphis jokes about telling his friends he was involved in a fight, making everyone laugh despite the circumstances.
The family has since returned home, and Memphis is resting while healing. According to health sources, collarbone fractures typically take between 6 to 12 weeks to heal. Memphis is Jason and Brittany’s eldest child, with younger siblings Navy and other older children from Jason’s previous marriage.
Jason has been busy with his “Full Throttle Tour,” which started in May and continues through October, featuring performances across the US with various supporting acts. Tickets for the tour are available at JasonAldean.com.
