Accusations of Addiction and Abuse in Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ Divorce

Phypers emphasizes that he has never physically harmed Richards, dismissing allegations of violence and asserting his past actions were protective.

Richards has accused Phypers of abuse, showing photos of injuries and claiming he physically assaulted her throughout their marriage. Court documents include her allegations of violence, threats, and a significant fight on July 4, which she describes as the breaking point of their relationship.
