Chris Martin TROLLS Couple on Coldplay Kiss Cam After Viral Astronomer CEO Moment

Chris Martin Jokes on Kiss Cam During Coldplay Concert

During a recent show on the Music of the Spheres World Tour at Gillette Stadium, Chris Martin playfully interacted with a couple on the big screen. He asked, “Are you two a couple?” prompting laughter from the audience when they did not respond immediately.

The singer then inquired if they spoke Spanish, catching the pair off guard as they stared wide-eyed. After a quick check to see if they understood him, Martin performed his song “Fix You” as the crowd enjoyed the moment.

The segment gained attention because earlier that evening, Martin’s camera captured a different couple, Andy Byron, a CEO, and Kristin Cabot, his HR chief, showing PDA on the kiss cam. They immediately ducked out of the frame and tried to hide their faces when they realized they were being filmed, prompting Martin to joke, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

Later, it was revealed that Byron, the CEO of an AI and data firm valued at $1.2 billion, and Cabot, who joined the company a year after his appointment, were seen displaying affection on the kiss cam. Byron, married, and Cabot, divorced, quickly withdrew from view, raising speculation about their relationship.

The incident quickly went viral, sparking memes online. Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, responded by deactivating her social media accounts, removing her surname from her profile. Byron, who became CEO in July 2023, has a history of controversial behavior, including reports of mistreatment of employees at previous roles.
