Rob Kardashian Discusses His Break from the Spotlight

Rob Kardashian prefers to avoid the camera unless he feels completely comfortable. In a candid conversation with his sister Khloé on her podcast, “Khloé in Wonder Land,” he explained his decision to step back from regular television appearances.

When asked why he doesn’t participate in filming for The Kardashians, Rob shared it’s a matter of personal comfort. “It all comes down to how I feel about myself,” he said. “I don’t want to be on camera feeling vulnerable when I’m not at my best.”

He emphasized that his reluctance isn’t due to any family conflicts. “There’s nothing wrong between any of us,” Rob clarified. Despite his absence, he’s open to appearing on the family’s Hulu series if he feels positive and genuine about filming. “I love being around my family, and if I’m feeling good, I’m fine with it,” he said.

Having last appeared regularly on Keeping Up With the Kardashians until 2017, Rob chose to retreat from social media and public appearances, only occasionally sharing moments during holidays or significant events.

His sister Khloé remains optimistic about a possible return, stating that Rob often discusses the idea. “I believe he would come back if he’s feeling good about himself,” she said. “He’s been through a lot but is doing very well as a father and feels proud of himself today.”
