Paranormal Investigator Dan Rivera: Friends Rip Trolls Linking D:ea:th to Haunted Annabelle Doll

Paranormal Investigator Dan Rivera Dies Suddenly During Tour

Friends and supporters of paranormal expert Dan Rivera have strongly dismissed online rumors attributing his sudden death to a cursed “haunted” Annabelle doll he was touring with. It was announced that his scheduled shows will continue as planned.

Rivera, 54, passed away unexpectedly at a hotel in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, shortly after completing a three-day tour involving the Annabelle doll, a famed haunted Raggedy Ann figure. Authorities reported that nothing suspicious was observed at the scene, but speculation linking his death to the doll persists, fueled by its reputation for being cursed.

Many fans and colleagues have come forward to honor Rivera’s legacy. Notably, “Ghost Hunters” star Jason Hawes expressed outrage over rumors blaming the doll for Rivera’s death, stating, “That needs to stop. His family shouldn’t have to read such nonsense while grieving.” Hawes emphasized Rivera’s noble character, highlighting that he was a veteran, father of four, and a compassionate individual.

The New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR), which organized the tour, announced the continuation of the project in Rivera’s memory. The organization shared that Rivera would have wanted the work to go on, honoring the legacy of renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.
