Justin Bieber Benefits from Hailey’s Rhode Deal for Multimillion-Dollar Scooter Braun Payout
Justin Bieber Relying on Wife Hailey to Cover $31 Million Settlement
Justin Bieber is reportedly waiting for his wife, Hailey Bieber, to receive a billion-dollar deal with Rhode Beauty before paying his $31 million settlement to Scooter Braun. A source indicated that the agreement specifies Bieber will only pay Braun once Hailey’s deal with e.l.f. Cosmetics is finalized and funds are in the bank.
The settlement stems from Bieber’s financial disputes, including a loan he took to cover debt from his canceled 2022 “Justice” tour, which was affected by his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis causing facial paralysis. Braun, Bieber’s former manager, helped him settle a debt of over $11 million owed to his company HYBE, and also paid Bieber’s $26 million debt to AEG. Bieber’s outstanding dues also include unpaid commissions, of which he will only pay half.
Funds for Bieber’s settlement are expected to come from Hailey’s recent billion-dollar deal with e.l.f. Beauty, announced in May. She sold her Rhode Beauty company and was reported to be the primary breadwinner at the time. Her business achievement followed Justin’s financial issues, which have been publicly documented. He is known for high spending, with reports claiming he spends hundreds of thousands at events like Coachella and has considered selling his music catalog, estimated to be worth $300 million.
Despite claims of financial strain, Bieber’s representatives deny any financial problems, asserting that reports are unfounded and do not reflect his actual situation. Sources suggest Bieber’s expenses are largely out of control and that he is surrounded by people who may not have his best interests at heart.
