Denise Richards Unveils Aaron Phypers’ Harsh Profanities During Final Fight

Denise Richards Accuses Estranged Husband of Abuse in Court Documents

Actress and former reality star Denise Richards has filed court documents detailing allegations of severe abuse by her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. According to her complaint, Phypers’s behavior escalated during their marriage, which lasted six years.

Richards describes a violent incident on July 4, following a heated argument when she told Phypers her family needed to leave their shared home. She claims Phypers became uncontrollably enraged, approaching within inches of her face, yelling profanities, and physically grabbing her arms tightly. She alleges that his fury persisted for nearly two hours, with him screaming obscenities such as “c–t whore” and “piece of s–t.”

The next day, she reports that Phypers returned to her townhouse, again shouting and invading her personal space. She states he violently hit her hat off her head and made threatening remarks, including a dire warning that she would “disappear” if she called the police. Photos attached to the court filings show bruises on her face, underscoring the physical injuries she suffered.

Richards claims the abuse was pervasive throughout their marriage, with Phypers often threatening her and owning eight unregistered guns. She describes being violently choke-slammed, slapped, and held down with a knee on her back, actions that left her feeling terrified and unsafe. Despite the abuse, she hesitated to proceed with divorce initially, fearing threats to her life and well-being.

Recently, Phypers filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” and demanding spousal support, asserting he had no income and relied on Richards’s estimated $250,000 monthly earnings. He denies the allegations made against him, claiming the claims are false and stating he possesses “the real evidence.”

Richards has requested and been granted a restraining order against Phypers, citing her fear for her safety and well-being. Her claims highlight a disturbing pattern of violence and intimidation.
