In her caption, Britney shared that she had adopted a “beautiful baby girl” called Lennon London Spears, describing her as wearing an adorable dress and humorously claiming she’s “NEW HERE!” She also revealed that the girl is actually her pretend baby, stating, “I adopted a beautiful baby girl 😉😉😉 !!! Britney, who shares sons Sean Federline and Jayden Federline with ex-husband Kevin Federline, clarified that the supposed adoption was part of her playful social media persona.
