As her highly anticipated wedding to Jeff Bezos approaches, Lauren Sánchez appears to have encountered a notable beauty mishap. A recent photograph shows a list of expected guests at the airport for the event, revealing that her preferred nail artist, Iram Shelton, was marked as a “no show.” It remains uncertain whether Shelton was scheduled to do Sánchez’s nails or was simply on the guest list.

Shelton has previously collaborated with celebrity nail expert Tom Bachik for the 2024 Met Gala, where she contributed to immaculate, minimalist manicures for A-listers like Hailee Steinfeld at her wedding.

Guests are being relocated to other hotels, including the St. Regis, with the venue covering some expenses and offering upgrades to ease the inconvenience. Sánchez kicked off her wedding festivities with a glamorous multi-day bachelorette party attended by stars like Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian, and Eva Longoria, including dinner in Paris and a boat party where she showcased elegant bridal white outfits.

With the wedding nearing, protests against Bezos have erupted in Venice, featuring signs with slogans like “No space for Bezos.” Despite local opposition, the couple’s event organizers have assured that the wedding will minimize disruption and honor local residents and institutions.
