Suri Cruise Enjoys Summer in New York

Suri Cruise, the 19-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, was spotted in her hometown of New York City this week, during her summer break from college. She recently completed her first year at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

While walking around the city, Suri displayed a casual, chic look, wearing a black tank top tucked into dark gray sweatpants, paired with black flip-flops and a patterned canvas tote. She kept her dark brown hair tied up in a high ponytail and chose to go makeup-free for her outing.

Despite her recent public appearances, Suri remains somewhat estranged from her father, Tom Cruise, who is known for his strict Scientologist beliefs. After their divorce in 2012, she has primarily lived with her mother, Katie Holmes, who has openly expressed that they’ve “kind of grown up together.”

Suri graduated from LaGuardia High School in June 2024, where she chose to drop her father’s last name, now going by Suri Noelle, adopting her mother’s middle name. Holmes has publicly dismissed false reports claiming Suri has a trust fund from Cruise, emphasizing the importance of privacy and safety for her daughter.
