In 2024, residents of New York spent approximately $179 million on OnlyFans, a figure substantially lower than the highest per-capita expenditures in West Virginia. The Mountain State led the nation with an annual spending of $116,313 per 10,000 residents, highlighting regional differences in engagement with the subscription platform.

Compared to New York, which spent about $88,646 per 10,000 residents, ranking 35th nationwide, states like Nevada, Colorado, Illinois, and Iowa showed higher individual interest levels. Conversely, Mississippi was noted as the least interested, with yearly expenditures averaging $54,728 per 10,000 residents. Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, and Alaska also ranked among the lowest.

In New York, a significant majority of users—83%—are men, collectively contributing about $148.7 million of the state’s total spending. Women constitute 17%, adding roughly $30.4 million. Nearly half of the subscribers are married (47%), and 36% fall within the 25-34 age range.

The study identified the most searched OnlyFans stars in New York, with Sophie Rain leading, receiving over 246,000 searches monthly. Rain recently revealed she earned $23 million this year from her content. Camilla Araujo ranked second, with more than 110,000 searches.
