NC Man Arrested After Kidnapped Girl Found Alive at His Home—Shocking Details Revealed!

A teenage girl who went missing a year ago has been located roughly 500 miles from her home. Authorities have charged a 32-year-old man with kidnapping and sexual assault related to her disappearance.

The girl, who was listed as a runaway, disappeared from Reading, Pennsylvania, last June. She was found on Monday in High Point, North Carolina, after a tip placed her at the residence of Joseph A. Rossomando.

Following a police search of Rossomando’s home, authorities seized electronic devices and discovered child sexual abuse material. Rossomando has been taken into custody and faces numerous charges, including seven counts of statutory sex offenses and seven counts of statutory rape involving a minor under 15.

He also faces felony charges related to child trafficking, sexual exploitation, and kidnapping. Rossomando remains detained without bond at Guilford County Jail.

Neighbors expressed shock at the news, especially since the area is known to have many law enforcement officers. One local remarked, “It’s crazy to find out that our neighbor… Our neighbor is doing that type of stuff,” while another added, “Not typical for police to come to houses here.”

The police confirmed that the girl is safe and receiving support services. Additional details are pending, and authorities continue their investigation.
