Miley Cyrus’ brother, Trace Cyrus, accused his ex-girlfriend Brenda Song of fabricating serious health issues and pregnancies during their seven-year relationship.

Trace made these allegations on Instagram after a fan commented, “Ahhhh now we know why Brenda left. Good riddance.” He responded, “Yes, because she stole thousands of dollars from me and faked multiple pregnancies.”

He claimed that Brenda “lied about being terminally ill” with a brain tumor and breast cancer. “It was all a lie,” he said, adding she was too ashamed to face his family afterward.

Trace also accused her of staging an abortion by covering the bathroom floor with fake blood. “She faked an abortion with fake blood,” he wrote on Instagram.

He further alleged that Brenda “lied about her health,” claiming she showed up with a bandage after supposedly undergoing brain surgery, which he proved was false. “There’s more proof of how child stars are messed up,” he added, “I hope she’s doing better mentally.”

Trace said that after rushing Brenda to the doctor, they uncovered the lies. He concluded, “Thanks for reminding me how people can do wrong for no reason.”

He shared that Brenda recently got engaged to Macaulay Culkin, with whom she now has two children. His last relationship was with Taylor Lauren Sanders from 2018 to 2020.

Brenda and Macaulay announced their engagement in January 2022, and they are parents to Dakota, 4, and Carson, 2.
