According to Page Six, Dakota Johnson and her long-term boyfriend, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, have broken up. The main reason cited was his reluctance to set a wedding date, along with other disagreements.

“She was frustrated with him delaying the wedding plans,” an insider revealed.

The couple’s relationship, which started in 2017, has often been described as on-again, off-again.

Sources say the breakup was also influenced by differences about starting a family. “They ended things because Chris Martin isn’t interested in having more kids,” revealed an insider.

Martin, 48, has two children with Gwyneth Paltrow, while Johnson, 35, has never married nor had children.

Dakota wanted children someday, while Chris felt he was done with that phase,” they explained.
