It takes two to dance.
In a 2021 video, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were seen playfully dancing in the hospital before the birth of their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
To mark Lilibet’s 4th birthday, Meghan shared a nostalgic clip on Instagram showing her and Harry dancing to the popular “Baby Momma Dance Song” during their second child’s delivery.
In the newly revealed footage, Meghan wears a black wrap dress as she gracefully twirls, sways her hips, and claps along with the music in the delivery room.
Harry, 40, was also captured dancing across the frame.
The couple, married in 2018, wore casual attire with Meghan in a black dress and Harry in jeans and a green hoodie, dancing to the lyrics “Drop it down, drop it down low.”
They kept on dancing until the video concluded. Experts suggest that dancing during labor can ease pain and promote natural delivery, as supported by the National Institutes of Health.
Meghan captioned the clip, “Four years ago today, this happened,” referencing the birth of Lilibet.
Harry was seen dancing happily along with Meghan.
The pair, dressed casually, danced to the song’s lyrics “Drop it down, drop it down down low,” continuing the joyful moment until the video ended.
Meghan joked, “When spicy food, movement, and acupuncture didn’t work—only one thing left to do! 😂.”
Reactions on social media varied, with some users criticizing the clip as “cringe” or “fake,” while others found it adorable and relatable.
One supporter commented, “LOOOOVE!! Go Meghan and Harry!”
Meghan and Harry welcomed Lilibet on June 4, 2021. They are also proud parents of Prince Archie, born in May 2019.
To celebrate her birthday, Meghan posted throwback photos, including a picture holding Lilibet shortly after her birth.
She wrote, “Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago, she brightened our lives.”
Meghan also shared recent photographs of Harry with Lilibet, highlighting their close bond.
She captioned, “Daddy’s little girl and her favorite adventurer. Happy birthday, Lili!”
