Concierge Claims Elon Musk Visited Amber Heard Late at Night During Johnny Depp’s Relationship

A concierge testimony in court has alleged that Elon Musk frequently visited Amber Heard at her then-husband Johnny Depp’s Los Angeles penthouse while they were still together. According to Alejandro Romero, who worked at the building, Musk would often visit Heard late at night when Depp was not home.

Romero stated that from March 2015 onwards, Heard would call him to grant Musk access to the building’s garage so he could visit her around 11 pm to midnight. Once inside, Musk would typically be sent directly to the penthouse where Heard awaited him.

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX has not responded to these allegations. The claim emerged during Depp’s libel case against News Group Newspapers, which referred to him as a “wife beater,” a charge he denies. Additionally, Musk’s previous denial of a reported affair with Heard and supermodel Cara Delevingne at Depp’s Los Angeles home in late 2016 was brought into context, especially after testimony from Heard’s former neighbor and friend, Josh Drew, suggested such an encounter did take place.

Musk was previously linked romantically with Heard before her divorce from Depp, which was finalized in May 2016 after a year of marriage. Depp filed a $50 million defamation suit against Heard following their separation in 2017. Musk has maintained silence regarding the new allegations.
