Denise Richards & Aaron Phypers’ Divorce Fight Unveiled

Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers Announce Divorce After Nearly Seven Years

Former couple Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers have parted ways, ending their marriage after almost seven years. Close sources indicate that their relationship was plagued by ongoing conflicts, described as highly toxic and characterized by frequent disagreements.

Phypers filed for divorce recently, citing July 4 as the official separation date. The couple’s disputes reportedly culminated over the weekend in a heated argument, prompting him to proceed with legal separation. Despite prior vows to never divorce, recent circumstances suggest that their relationship has irreparably broken down.

Richards, aged 54, is reportedly feeling a mix of devastation and relief. She is exhausted from the constant fighting but is also anxious about the upcoming legal battles, especially since Phypers is believed to be preparing to oppose the divorce accordingly. Richards, who previously married Charlie Sheen, has expressed her desire to end things amicably, possibly living apart without hostility.

Financial disagreements are believed to have contributed to their breakup. A source explained that their marriage operated on a philosophy of “she earns, and he spends,” with Richards earning over $250,000 monthly through her various income streams, including OnlyFans, TV appearances, and brand endorsements. Meanwhile, Phypers admitted to having no income since shutting down his wellness business in 2024, and their household expenses are estimated at around $105,000 per month for their family of three, which includes Richards’ adopted daughter, Eloise.

While Richards previously insisted during a canceled reality show that she and Phypers would never divorce, the current circumstances suggest otherwise. Neither has issued public statements at this time, and representatives from both sides have yet to respond to inquiries.
