Blake Lively Fights to Block Justin Baldoni from Accessing SECRET Taylor Swift Messages!
Blake Lively has requested a court order to prevent Justin Baldoni from viewing her private messages with Taylor Swift amid ongoing legal disputes. The “Age of Adeline” star submitted a motion to Judge Lewis J.. Liman, claiming that Baldoni’s team seeks her chats with Swift to manipulate public perception and fans.
Legal documents reveal Lively contends her messages with Swift are not relevant to her case against Baldoni or his production company. She accuses Baldoni’s team of using Swift’s name as a media tactic over the past month, aiming to sway public opinion.
After Baldoni’s team withdrew their investigation into Swift and Lively’s friendship, Lively’s representatives argued that further attempts would be redundant. They pointed out that Baldoni’s team had initially subpoenaed Swift, then withdrew after obtaining what they needed, yet continue to push for access.
A spokesperson noted, “Their ongoing efforts to involve Taylor Swift appear to be a PR stunt and distract from the fact that Baldoni’s lawsuits have been dismissed.”
Baldoni’s countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, was recently dismissed by a NY judge. His libel claim against The New York Times was also thrown out.
Despite the setbacks, the legal case remains active, with Baldoni’s team having until June 23 to amend claims related to breach of contract and tortious interference. The trial is set for March 2026.
