Cops Reveal Chilling Details on Sophia Hutchins’ Fatal ATV Crash; Caitlyn Jenner Speaks Out

Tragic ATV Accident Claims Caitlyn Jenner’s Close Friend, Sophia Hutchins

Sophia Hutchins, a longtime confidante and manager of Caitlyn Jenner, tragically died at age 29 following an ATV crash in Malibu. Authorities revealed that the collision involved her ATV hitting the bumper of a moving car, which caused her vehicle to plunge into a ravine approximately 350 feet deep, near Jenner’s residence.

Investigators indicated that Hutchins may have been speeding when she rear-ended a 2016 gray Mazda 6 with two women inside. The impact appears to have caused her to veer off the road and fall down the cliff. Witness footage showed her ATV lying nearby, with one video capturing the overturned vehicle at the crash scene.

Emergency responders pronounced Hutchins dead at the scene, and no others were injured. The sheriff’s department confirmed that excessive speed was a contributing factor in the fatality. Sgt. Eduardo Saucedo explained, “She was going too fast and clipped the rear of the Mazda, leading her to lose control and go off the cliff.”

Footage captured by local news showed her ATV discarded beside another wrecked vehicle at the scene. Hutchins’ death comes shortly after Jenner shared her grief publicly, describing her as a close friend with whom she had maintained a strong bond. The former Olympic athlete, 75, stated she was experiencing a difficult time and chose not to comment further during a recent outing.

Hutchins first met Jenner in 2015 through a mutual hairstylist, the same year Jenner publicly came out as transgender. Hutchins credited Jenner’s journey with inspiring her own transition. Their friendship, often scrutinized amid rumors of a romantic relationship, remained a significant part of Hutchins’ life until her passing.
