Arsenal Secures £51 Million Deal for Midfielder Martin Zubimendi

Arsenal have officially signed Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi for £51 million, marking their primary summer transfer investment. The 26-year-old has committed to a five-year contract, joining the Gunners after a hard-fought battle with Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester City.

Zubimendi, a Spanish international with 18 caps, is a product of Real Sociedad’s youth system and made 180 appearances in La Liga for the club. His arrival strengthens Arsenal’s midfield, which has recently been reshuffled following the departures of Thomas Partey and Jorginho.
