Lil Nas X Appears Nearly Nude Before His Arrest and Hospitalization

The rapper Lil Nas X was caught on video walking nearly naked through the streets of Los Angeles prior to his arrest and hospital stay. In the footage, he can be seen strolling down Ventura Boulevard, wearing only white cowboy boots and underwear, at around 4 a.m. on Thursday. He also interacted with fans, claiming he was heading to a party and humorously placing a traffic cone on his head.

Eyewitnesses reported the incident to the police, who arrived shortly after and found Lil Nas X in a distressed state. According to sources, the rapper charged at officers and was soon taken into custody. During the encounter, he allegedly punched an officer twice in the face, leading to misdemeanor battery charges.

Prior to his arrest, surveillance footage showed Lil Nas X at a hotel, where he was seen wandering the premises—clad initially in a cowboy hat, jeans, and shirt, but later removing his clothes while sitting in the hotel lobby and fanning himself amid the hot weather.

The rapper was also found to be in custody at Van Nuys Jail during the weekend. Records indicate he was booked around 11:22 a.m. and held throughout the weekend. Previously, surveillance footage captured him earlier in the week loitering at a hotel he was not staying at, visibly in distress and removing his clothing on camera.

In addition to these events, Lil Nas X had recently shared odd posts on Instagram, showing his belongings scattered around his home, and expressing signs of distress. Just days before, he had also revealed a hospital stay due to a mysterious health issue, posting a video of himself struggling to smile after losing control of one side of his face.
