On Monday, the pop icon shared two clips on Instagram, singing Rihanna’s “Unfaithful” and Prince’s “Kiss.” In the videos, Spears, 43, danced, sang, and addressed viewers in a British accent while dressed in her pajamas—comprising a polka-dot crop top, low-rise shorts, and black knee-high boots. The background was visibly messy, with various items scattered across the floor.

While she humorously captioned her post about “messing around with lighting and cleaning,” fans couldn’t help but worry. Despite comments being disabled, many took to Twitter to share their fears for her well-being.

One user commented, “God, what’s happened to poor Britney? Is this the cost of fame?” another added, “She really isn’t doing well.”
