Juror SICK, Crashes Diddy’s Trial — Shocking Testimony from Alleged Drug Mule Ruined Case!

The high-profile sex-trafficking trial involving Sean “Diddy” Combs was postponed Wednesday due to a sick juror. The juror was about to hear the testimony of Brendan Paul, who is alleged to have supplied drugs to Combs.

Manhattan federal Judge Arun Subramanian announced shortly after 9:00 a.m. that a juror was experiencing symptoms of vertigo, making it impossible to proceed with the case for the day.

Trial was halted Wednesday as Brendan Paul was set to testify against Combs.

Brendan Paul, a former college basketball player who was scheduled to be the final major witness in the prosecution’s case, arrived in court Wednesday morning. He is alleged to have supplied Combs with drugs and was expected to testify under an immunity deal.

Paul, 25, was arrested last year in Miami while carrying cocaine and marijuana candies, just as he was about to board Combs’ plane. The charges against him were dropped after he completed a drug treatment program. He briefly took the stand on Tuesday to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights, but prosecutors said they would grant him immunity if he testified truthfully.

Paul is expected to testify under immunity, finalizing the prosecution’s case.

The prosecution alleges Paul forced women into sex acts with male escorts while they were under the influence, watching and recording the acts, and engaging in explicit behaviors. Combs denies the charges, claiming the women were willing.

Testimonies from women, including Combs’ former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, have described physical and emotional abuse, and coercion into participation.

Combs remains in custody since his arrest in September and faces potential life imprisonment if convicted on the most serious charges. The trial is expected to resume Friday after the holiday weekend.
