Scott Wolf Drops Restraining Order Against Estranged Wife Kelley
Scott Wolf Drops Restraining Order and Gains Sole Custody of Children
Actor Scott Wolf has officially dispensed with his restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, and has been awarded temporary sole custody of their three children. This decision follows a recent court agreement made on July 15, which detailed custody arrangements, financial matters, and communication protocols.
Under the new agreement, Kelley is granted “liberal” supervised visitation rights, including three monitored phone or video calls weekly with her children, Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11). She retains the right to respond if her children initiate contact. Neither parent is permitted to discuss the divorce or their children’s relationship publicly or on social media, aligning with previous restrictions for Kelley.
The actors are also barred from discussing their divorce or their children publicly, aiming to protect their privacy. The court order explicitly states that both Scott, 57, and Kelley, 48, cannot comment on their separation or their kids’ relationships, and Kelley’s previous social media posts about police brutality and her detention are no longer allowed.
Recently, Kelley claimed she was subjected to police brutality during a second involuntary hold, sharing bruising photos and recounting her experience of being detained and hospitalized. A representative from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office has denied allegations of police misconduct, stating no law enforcement officers were involved in any confrontations with Kelley.
In June, Scott obtained a temporary restraining order citing Kelley’s behavior as a threat to their children. However, sources close to Kelley have criticized the order, labeling it as unnecessary and cruel. Kelley remains determined to fight for her children, insisting the restraining order was unwarranted.
