An Instagram post from April 7, 2024, shows Wendy cuddling with Eddie, set to the background of Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s song “Bonnie & Clyde,” a reference to the infamous couple known for bank robbing in the 1930s. The song has since been removed, but her caption quoting Jay-Z’s lyrics remains visible.

Whatever she lacks, I’m right over her shoulder 🎶 -JayZ.” The timing of the post, coinciding with her and Eddie reporting a burglary, raises eyebrows, especially as authorities now claim their home theft was fabricated to fraudulently claim insurance money.

The couple was arrested on multiple counts of fraud and released on a $50,000 bond each. They deny any wrongdoing and have expressed their intent to clear their names in court.
