Days before Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco, Raisa emphasized that the media-generated rumors were false. She stated, “There are many rumors, but I never said anything about being angry or disgusted. I wasn’t aware of those claims.”

Despite the speculation, Raisa and Gomez have maintained a close bond. Gomez shared heartfelt posts about Raisa, expressing her deep gratitude for her friend’s life-saving gesture. Gomez reflected on the medical procedure, sharing images of them holding hands in the hospital, and wrote, “She gave me a gift and a sacrifice by donating her kidney. I am incredibly blessed. However, rumors of a feud resurfaced in 2022 after Gomez referred to Taylor Swift as her “only friend in the industry.” Raisa responded to Gomez’s interview by posting “Interesting” on Instagram, which she later deleted. Gomez later called Raisa her “best friend,” indicating that their relationship had healed.
