Swift is set to release her 12th album, 'The Life of a Showgirl', at midnight on Friday

Taylor Swift’s upcoming album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’, releases at midnight on Friday.

Swift’s previous album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, released in April 2024, shortly after the Chiefs secured their fourth Super Bowl victory. However, that season did not turn out as hoped, with the team losing badly in the Super Bowl LIX against the Eagles. This time, the album release coincides with the NFL season, shortly after Kansas City defeated the Baltimore Ravens in a high-scoring game following an initial 1-2 start.

Looking ahead, the Chiefs will travel to Florida this Sunday to face the Jacksonville Jaguars in their next game.
