Lauren Jauregui’s Stark Reaction to DWTS Elimination

Fifth Harmony singer Lauren Jauregui was unexpectedly ousted from Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday night, prompting a blunt response when asked about her feelings: she simply said, “Pissed.”

The audience reacted with laughter, and her dance partner, Brandon Armstrong, also shared a hearty giggle. Jauregui expressed her gratitude for partnering with Armstrong, stating, “I’m so grateful to have had you as a partner.” She further highlighted how meaningful her experience was, saying, “It’s such a special place to be, so I’m upset about it.”

On TikTok Night, Jauregui and Armstrong performed her group’s 2017 hit “Work from Home”, recreating choreography from the music video, choreographed by Sean Bankhead, who was present in the ballroom supporting them. Her former bandmates — Normani, Dinah Jane, and Ally Brooke — cheered her on from the audience, although Camila Cabello was absent.

Fans took to social media praising Jauregui’s candidness, with comments like, “She was so real for this,” and, “Pissed is the perfect word.” Her reaction was compared to that of Anna Delvey, who similarly gave a one-word response after her elimination from the show.

In a post-show interview, Jauregui shared more about her experience, telling Good Morning America that she would genuinely miss dancing with Armstrong and cherished her time on the series, expressing her disappointment at the result.
