Ex-Porn Star Sentenced to 19 Years for Child Sex Crimes
A former adult film performer, Justin Heath Smith, also known by his stage name Austin Wolf, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison following a series of disturbing child sex offenses. Authorities detailed numerous criminal acts, including an attempt to sexually assault a 7-year-old child.
Smith, 44, in court, tearfully admitted to abusing a 15-year-old boy and was found to have engaged in illegal activities involving minors, according to prosecutors. The Southern District of New York highlighted his involvement in soliciting, attempting to meet for sex, and possessing explicit material involving children.
Law enforcement uncovered that Smith had exchanged illicit messages with minors and claimed to have engaged in sexual acts with a 15-year-old in 2023. He also attempted to arrange meetings with individuals he believed to be minors for sexual purposes, including a planned assault on a 9-year-old in January 2024, which was thwarted when the child’s guardian intervened.
In addition to his online interactions, authorities found Smith possessed over 1,200 computer files containing child pornography, some showing infants and toddlers, with several videos depicting violent rape. The investigation also revealed Smith had solicited explicit material from minors and individuals claiming to be minors, including a 12-year-old.
Smith was also found to have tried to meet with a purported 14-year-old at his residence in New York for sex, although the encounter did not happen. His criminal record includes multiple failed attempts to solicit children and watch violent child abuse material.
He was sentenced to serve 19 years in prison and ordered to pay a $40,000 fine, marking the culmination of a lengthy investigation into his predatory behaviors.
