UK Running Back Suspended Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

University of Kentucky Football Player Faces Charges After Off-Campus Incident

Jamarion Wilcox, a 21-year-old running back for the University of Kentucky, was arrested following an incident at an off-campus residence. According to reports, Wilcox allegedly entered a sleeping woman’s bedroom unclothed, attempted to open her legs, and refused to leave when confronted.

Court documents reveal that Wilcox was visiting a woman at a house on South Upper Street in Lexington. The victim stated she awoke to find Wilcox in her bed without consent, trying to forcibly open her legs. When she told him he was in the wrong room, he laughed and continued inappropriate behavior. The woman then informed her roommate, who Wilcox was initially there to visit, leading to a confrontation. Wilcox refused to leave the bed despite being asked, prompting the women to call law enforcement. Officers arrived and took him into custody, with Wilcox resisting for about 20 minutes.
