Meet Rihanna & A$AP Rocky’s 3 Kids: RZA, Riot & Rocki
Rihanna Celebrates Her Growing Family
Rihanna, once dubbed the only girl in her family of five, is now a mother of three. The nine-time Grammy winner and her partner, A$AP Rocky, who have been together since 2020, welcomed their third child, a daughter, on September 13.
Having become a mom, Rihanna reveals her outlook on life has shifted profoundly. She shared that her priorities changed after her first son, RZA, was born in May 2022. For months, she and A$AP Rocky kept their son’s identity private, indicating it was simply because they hadn’t revealed it yet, rather than any controversy.
Rihanna has spoken openly about how motherhood has transformed her perspective. During a podcast in February 2023, she explained, “I’m living for my son. Everything matters now. You really start to think twice about activities—skydiving?! That’s not worth it anymore. Life before my son feels insignificant. He’s made life much better, even though motherhood is hard work.”

Riot Rose Mayers
Their second child, Riot, was born in August 2023. His birth certificate confirmed his name, and he made his first public appearance in a family photo shoot in September 2023. The newborn sported a pink hat, matching overalls, and tan boots, with his father holding him lovingly in the photos.
Rocki Irish Mayers
On September 24, Rihanna officially announced the birth of their third child, a girl named Rocki Irish, sharing a photo of herself holding her daughter and a pair of pink boxing gloves.
