Powerball $1.4B Jackpot Winning Numbers Revealed
Powerball Jackpot Rises to $1.7 Billion After No Winner in Recent Draw
The latest Powerball drawing resulted in no jackpot winner, pushing the prize pool to an estimated $1.7 billion. The winning numbers were 3, 16, 29, 61, 69, with the Powerball number 22, but no ticket matched all six to claim the grand prize.
After a string of no winners, the jackpot continues to grow, making it one of the largest prizes in history. The odds of winning the jackpot remain slim at 1 in 292 million.
Despite the absence of a grand prize, several players did secure notable winnings. Four tickets matched 5 numbers along with the Power Play option, earning $2 million each, while eleven others matched 5 numbers only, earning $1 million apiece.
The next drawing is scheduled for Saturday. If a winner claims the prize, they can opt for a one-time lump sum payment of roughly $770 million (before taxes), or choose an annuity plan paid over 30 years, increasing by 5% annually.
Powerball has been without a winner since May 31, allowing the jackpot to accumulate to its current record-breaking size. The largest payout to date was $2.04 billion in 2022.
