Elizabeth Warren Leaves RFK Jr. Tongue-Tied
Senator Elizabeth Warren Questions RFK Jr. on COVID Vaccine Statements
During questioning, Senator Elizabeth Warren challenged Robert F. Kennedy Jr., criticizing him for allegedly providing misleading information about COVID vaccine access.
Warren recalled Kennedy’s previous assertion during his confirmation hearing that no one would have their vaccines taken away, stating: “If vaccines are working for somebody, I’m not going to take them away. No exceptions, no ifs or buts.”
She contrasted this with recent announcements in which Kennedy declared that the COVID-19 vaccine is no longer approved for healthy individuals under 65 but simultaneously claimed that the vaccine remains available to anyone who wants it. Warren highlighted the inconsistency, asking Kennedy to clarify whether all adults and children over six months old are currently eligible for a COVID booster at local pharmacies.
Kennedy responded by stating that anyone can now receive a booster shot, but emphasized that “It’s not recommended for healthy people.”
