Kelley Wolf Banned from Contacting Estranged Husband and Kids After Harassment Arrest
Estranged Wife of Scott Wolf Banned from Contact and Engagement
A recent court order prohibits Kelley Wolf from any direct or indirect communication with her husband, Scott Wolf, and their children. This follows her social media sharing of Scott’s phone number, which led a judge to issue a new protective order on August 28.
According to court documents, Kelley is forbidden from contacting Scott or their three children — Jackson (16), Miller (12), and Lucy (11). She must stay at least 300 feet away from Scott and is only permitted to communicate with him in specific settings, such as scheduled mediation sessions related to their divorce and custody issues.
The order also bans Kelley from using drugs or alcohol until the next court hearing on September 10. She is allowed to retrieve her belongings from the family residence only with police assistance. Scott retains temporary sole custody of their children during this period.
This escalation comes after Kelley was arrested on August 26 for electronic harassment and sharing personal information online. Earlier, she posted bizarre messages on Instagram, calling Scott the “most hated man on earth” and demanding contact with their children, which resulted in him receiving a flood of mixed calls and texts.
In her social media response, Kelley shared Scott’s phone number publicly and commented, “Let’s let dimples field his own press.” Subsequently, she was detained at Summit County Jail in Utah but was released two days later. The incident caused Scott to experience “a barrage” of communications, as reported by authorities.
Scott filed for divorce in June, and their contentious separation has been marked by legal disputes and Kelley’s involuntary hospitalizations. She has not seen her children for months and has been involved in multiple mental health holds. The court’s latest order aims to protect everyone involved while the divorce proceedings continue.
