Kelley Wolf Released from Jail After Arrest

Kelley Wolf Released from Utah Jail Amidst Legal Troubles and Divorce Proceedings

Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, has been released from jail in Utah after her recent arrest regarding allegations of sharing her ex-husband’s personal phone number on social media. She was detained after law enforcement officials identified her Instagram activity, which included disclosing Scott’s phone number, causing a surge of calls and texts to his personal line.

Law enforcement visited her residence, where she was taken into custody and booked into Summit County Jail. At the time of arrest, Kelley was wearing a bathrobe and took over an hour to change into civilian clothes before being transported. She faced charges of electronic disclosure of personal information and harassment, both misdemeanors, with bail set at $5,000. Conditions of her release include not contacting potential witnesses and participating in mental health or medical treatment, as well as abstaining from alcohol or controlled substances unless prescribed.

Scott Wolf, 57, officially filed for a restraining order against Kelley on Thursday after reportedly receiving numerous unwanted messages from her. An incident report cited Kelley’s Instagram activity and her denial of wrongdoing, claiming she was frightened and confused. She posted on her Instagram Stories expressing her fears, asserting she posed no threat and had done nothing wrong, also denying mental health or substance issues.

According to police reports, the officer who responded described receiving dozens of calls and texts from unknown sources shortly after Kelley posted her ex-husband’s contact information, disrupting his communications with their children. Kelley faced accusations of spreading Scott’s phone number, which she countered with her own claims of innocence.

Authorities visited her residence following her arrest, where she was ultimately detained and transported to jail. She maintains that she is not suicidal, not dangerous, and that her actions were misinterpreted. Her attorney did not immediately comment on her situation.

Scott and Kelley, who married in 2004, share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Scott has temporary full custody of the kids. Their divorce process, initiated in June, continues amidst these ongoing legal and personal challenges.
