Chicago Woman Threatens ICE Agents and Makes Shocking Remarks

Chicago Woman Threatens ICE Agents During Immigration Raid

A woman in Chicago is facing charges after allegedly verbally assaulting and threatening federal officers during a recent immigration operation on the city’s West Side.

According to reports, Joshalin Rivera shouted obscenities and violent threats at ICE and Border Patrol agents, expressing hope that one agent’s child would die and threatening to shoot officers in the face. She reportedly made these comments as agents conducted arrests in the area.

Eyewitnesses say Rivera was among a crowd that gathered at the scene as law enforcement attempted to detain individuals. As officers entered the apartment building, she is accused of shouting, “They’re lucky I don’t have my s–t on me. I’d pop both of their asses,” and later, “I’m busting all their f–king windows.”

The criminal complaint states that someone threw a brick at a Border Patrol vehicle, smashing the window amid the commotion. When asked to identify those responsible, at least two witnesses pointed to Rivera.

During the arrest attempt, Rivera allegedly pulled at an officer’s neck and grabbed the vest of another agent in a manner that suggested she was reaching for her firearm. She was subsequently detained, along with another woman, Daishalie Urdiales, who reportedly intervened to prevent the officers from arresting Rivera. Urdiales was accused of physically resisting the officers by pushing and pulling equipment from a deputy’s chest and throwing it to the ground.

Both women are now facing federal assault charges related to their actions during the incident.
