Noah Cyrus Denies Family Feud Rumors
Noah Cyrus Addresses Family Rumors and Reconciliation
In her latest interview, Noah Cyrus openly discussed longstanding rumors of family conflict. She emphasized that her family prefers to keep their personal struggles private, with music serving as their primary connection to the outside world. Despite the emotional toll of public scrutiny, she affirmed that they manage to maintain their composure and keep family issues separate from their public image.
“It’s draining emotionally, but it doesn’t affect us or touch us directly,” she shared. “You learn to keep that distance and focus on what truly matters: family.” She added that currently, “everybody’s great and loves each other.”
Family tensions have persisted for years, notably since her parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, announced their divorce in 2022. Since then, both have moved on—Billy Ray remarried singer Firerose (from whom he divorced in 2024) and is now dating model Elizabeth Hurley. Tish married “Prison Break” star Dominic Purcell in August 2023, a union that reportedly caused further rifts, as there were claims that Purcell previously had a casual relationship with Noah before dating her mother.
Additionally, there are reports of disagreements between Billy Ray and some of his children, especially after his son Trace publicly suggested he seek mental health support. Despite these issues, Noah has expressed that they are overcoming their differences. She shared that her relationship with her siblings, especially her brother Braison, remains strong, citing a song she dedicated to family bonds in her recent album.
Earlier this year, Noah shared a video of herself dancing with her mother, Tish, signaling that their relationship has improved after periods of tension. She also expressed pride in her father’s musical achievements, showing that family connections are healing despite past conflicts.
