Denise Richards recently addressed her rocky divorce from Aaron Phypers, reflecting on her challenging summer. In a candid Instagram video, she shared that her summer has been “s–tty,” though she pretended everything was fine. The 54-year-old actress described the emotional toll of her separation, noting it has been a tough journey, especially since this is her second divorce, the first being from Charlie Sheen.

Richards revealed that she is still processing the breakup and hinted at complex circumstances she cannot share yet. She expressed gratitude for her fans’ support, indicating their messages have helped her through this period.

She also disclosed that she recently underwent reconstructive surgery but chose to keep details private during her divorce proceedings. Richards emphasized her desire to live openly and thanked her supporters for their encouragement.

Phypers filed for divorce in July, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Since then, Richards has been actively trying to retrieve her belongings from their shared Los Angeles rental, as Phypers is currently living there with his family. She has sought a court order for him to vacate the property, especially before he faces eviction due to unpaid rent.
