Allegations of a Sex Ring Surrounding Slain Kentucky Judge

Adams recounted that the judge, Kevin Mullins, warned her to remain silent about the activities, which included sex parties and performances. She believed the town’s residents were aware, especially after she was invited to a party herself. Adams felt compelled to stay quiet out of fear that Child Protective Services might interfere with her life, describing a manipulative environment designed to diminish her confidence and autonomy.

Another woman, Sabrina Adkins, asserted she was coerced by a deputy sheriff into sexual favors in exchange for staying under house arrest, claiming she saw Mullins engaging in sexual activities in his chambers. Adkins also mentioned that the deputy sheriff possessed videotapes of these encounters. The relationship among Mullins, law enforcement, and local social circles paints a picture of widespread complicity, though it remains unclear if these allegations influenced Mullins’ death.

Mullins’ murder escalated scrutiny of the town’s secretive culture. Surveillance footage reportedly shows the sheriff, Shawn Stines, entering Mullins’ office, making calls, and then shooting Mullins execution-style before surrendering, claiming he feared for his family’s safety.
