Isabela Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni of Harassment

Actress Isabela Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni of Harassment Over Subpoena Dispute

Isabela Ferrer, known for her role in It Ends With Us, has filed a legal response accusing director Justin Baldoni of harassment. Ferrer claims Baldoni contacted her repeatedly seeking information related to his ongoing legal case with Blake Lively, and that his recent subpoena was part of this effort.

Ferrer, who portrayed the younger version of Lively’s character, argues her responses have been unresponsive due to Baldoni’s conduct. Her legal team states that Baldoni’s motion to compel her cooperation was designed to intimidate rather than seek legitimate discovery, describing it as harassment.

Her lawyers also allege that Baldwin’s studio, Wayfarer Studios, failed to uphold her contractual rights by refusing to cover her legal expenses when she was first subpoenaed by Lively in February. They claim the studio only offered compensation if Ferrer relinquished control over her responses, which they say prevented her from sharing the full truth.

Ferrer’s team accuses Baldoni of using subpoenas and legal motions as a tool to pressure her, and they are requesting the court to dismiss his motion and impose sanctions for misconduct.

Previously, Lively has sued Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment during the filming of It Ends With Us. Baldoni denies the allegations and countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion, but his $400 million lawsuit was dismissed earlier this year.
