Joe Jonas & Demi Lovato Reunite for ‘Camp Rock’ Performance

Reunion of Exes at “Camp Rock” Performance Caps Weekend Celebration

The original cast of “Camp Rock” took the stage together for a nostalgic performance in New Jersey, surprising fans with an unexpected reunion. Joe Jonas, who portrayed pop star Shane Gray in the 2008 Disney movie, performed “Gotta Find You” at the start of their 20th anniversary tour at MetLife Stadium, joined by his brothers Nick and Kevin Jonas.

Joe then brought out Demi Lovato, who played Mitchie Torres in the film. The duo performed classic soundtrack tracks “Wouldn’t Change a Thing” and “This Is Me,” the latter marking nearly a decade since they last sang it together. After finishing, Joe shared that it had been almost ten years since they last performed the song, with Demi suggesting it might have been even longer.

Lovato later shared a playful Instagram Reel with Joe, whom she briefly dated in 2010, lip-syncing to a famous speech by Debby Ryan. Her caption read, “For the history books @joejonas,” with her husband’s support also evident in an Instagram comment. Joe Jonas posted a video of his wife, actress Sophie Turner, walking on stage for her own performance, writing affectionately, “couldn’t be more proud. I love you sooo much baby @ddlovato.”

In addition, Jutes, Demi Lovato’s husband, shared a heartfelt clip of Lovato performing and later posted a photo of their romantic wedding in California, expressing his love for her. Lovato and Jutes married in May, tying the knot in a romantic ceremony, shortly after Lovato’s previous brief relationship with Joe Jonas, who later married actress Sophie Turner in 2019 but divorced last year. Despite their past, the stars maintained a friendly rapport, reuniting multiple times over the years, including a performance together in 2016.

The weekend’s events showcased the enduring bonds and shared history of the Disney stars, highlighting their ability to come together for heartfelt moments years after their on-screen and off-screen relationships.
